Finalizing the whole discussion: Which is hotter mild or medium?

Both sauces give good taste and valuable for cooks who love to cook food with delicious recipes. Mild has more flavors and less spicy than medium and therefore, it is for people who like food with taste but without chilies. On the other hand, medium is for those who love to eat hot foods with spices. If you only have time to try one salsa, I prefer Mild. I found it to have a little more substance and viscosity than Medium, allowing it to feel hearty and complement the chip texture. Furthermore, no one can complain about it being too spicy. If you're having more salsa, however, my fellow heat seekers and I will always appreciate a spicy alternative.
